Subscription Terms

Last updated · October 18, 2026

These terms explain how Access subscriptions and Embers work in Bible Connect. They summarise the subscription provisions of our Terms and Conditions and do not replace them.

Access plans and prices

Access is available through weekly, monthly and yearly subscriptions.

Prices, currency, applicable taxes and available offers may vary by country. The price, billing period and renewal terms are shown in the app and Google Play purchase screen before you confirm.

Yearly subscriptions are billed for the year. Any monthly equivalent displayed is for comparison and does not mean payment in monthly instalments.

7-day free trial

Eligible users can try Access free for 7 days. Eligibility and the offer available to you are shown before confirmation. A previous trial or purchase may affect eligibility.

If you start a subscription with a free trial through Google Play, you will not be charged the subscription price until the trial ends. Unless you cancel before the displayed trial deadline, the subscription converts automatically to the paid plan shown at checkout.

After the trial ends, an active paid Access subscription is required to continue using the subscription features. There is no ongoing free tier.

Account management, legal information, support and account-deletion channels remain available without an active subscription.

Recurring billing and automatic renewal

Access subscriptions renew automatically for the selected billing period — week, month or year — unless you cancel through Google Play before renewal.

Payments are charged through Google Play using your authorised payment method. Check Google Play for your next billing date and subscription status.

Future price changes follow applicable law and Google Play's notification and approval requirements. They do not retroactively change completed charges.

Cancellation

You can manage or cancel your subscription through:
Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Bible Connect

Cancellation normally stops the next renewal. You generally keep Access until the end of the period already paid for, unless a refund, immediate cancellation option or applicable law provides otherwise.

If you cancel during the free trial, check Google Play for the confirmed end date of your trial access.

Cancelling renewal does not automatically refund a completed charge.

Uninstalling and account deletion

Uninstalling the app, stopping use or deleting your Bible Connect account does not automatically cancel a Google Play subscription.

Cancel renewal separately in Google Play to prevent future charges. Account deletion does not automatically issue a refund or remove your statutory rights.

Restore Access

If you reinstall the app or change device, sign in to the same Bible Connect account and use the Google Play account associated with your purchase.

Tap Restore Purchases on the PURCHASE page or in Account, where available, to verify eligible purchases and restore access.

Restoring purchases does not create a new purchase, duplicate Embers or replenish Embers already used. If access or a balance is missing, contact us with your Google Play order reference. Do not send payment card details.

Google Play billing and subscription refunds

Payments are processed through Google Play Billing.

Subscription payments are generally final. We do not ordinarily provide refunds or credits for partially used subscription periods simply because you change your mind, stop using the app or cancel renewal.

As a discretionary goodwill measure, we review subscription refund requests individually when submitted within 14 calendar days of the subscription charge concerned, including a renewal charge. Approval is not guaranteed, and submitting a request does not create an automatic right to a full or partial refund.

After that period, we do not offer discretionary subscription refunds for a change of mind or a decision to stop using the app. The deadline does not restart when you cancel or contact support.

These restrictions apply only to voluntary refunds offered by Bible Connect. They do not limit statutory withdrawal rights, remedies for defective, unavailable or misdescribed services, unauthorised-payment protections, or refunds and proportional reimbursements available under applicable Google Play policies.

For a refund request, use Google Play's refund process or email voledostudio@gmail.com with your order reference and the reason for your request. Full details, including statutory withdrawal rights, appear in our Terms and Conditions.

Embers

Embers are separate one-time in-app purchases, not a subscription. They are added to your account balance and consumed when used for the streak-protection or restoration actions explained in My Candle. The quantity required is shown in the app.

Embers do not expire and can accumulate. Cancelling or allowing Access to expire does not reduce your remaining balance.

While your subscription is inactive, your balance remains associated with your account. When you reactivate Access on the same account, the remaining Embers are available again. After the trial, using the related subscription features requires active Access.

Embers cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged between users. They cannot be used outside Bible Connect and are not redeemable for cash, except where a refund or other remedy is required by law.

The no-expiry rule applies while your account is retained. Deleting your account removes its associated balance records. Account retention, including the two-year inactivity period, is explained in our Privacy Policy.

Embers refunds and purchase adjustments are handled under our Terms and Conditions, applicable law and Google Play policies. If a purchase is refunded or reversed, only the balance or entitlement attributable to that purchase may be adjusted.
